This message provides information for Giant ISP customers who had service
prior to November 1, 2001. We are writing to inform you of some upgrades
we are performing in your area. We expect these to enhance your connection
to the Internet and overall quality of service. Effective November 1,
2001, you should use the phone numbers listed below to connect to the
internet through Giant ISP.

Changing your number is a simple process and should only take a
minute or two. Follow these steps...

1. On the Start Menu, click Settings and Control Panel. 
2. Click on Internet Options. 
3. On the tab called Connections, you should see a listing of your
Dial-up account(s). Click your account to highlight it and click Settings.
4. You should then see a window for your Dial-up account. The bottom third
of it has your User name and Password. At the end of your User name,
please add @pt. For example, if your username was jsmith, it should now
be jsmith@pt. 
5. Click Properties. This window shows the Telephone number that your
computer dials to connect to the Internet.
6.  Please select your new dialup number from the list below.  Please
check with your local phone carrier to be sure that this will be a local
call for you. We are not responsible should you choose to use a number
that is a toll call from your location.

7. Click OK on the first two boxes and Apply on the last.
